This jewelery set features replicas of a Zenú nose ornament (nariguera Zenú), a hallmark of the ancient Zenú (or Sinú) culture that inhabited the river valleys and Caribbean lowlands of northern Colombia from roughly 200 BCE up until the Spanish conquest. These fan-shaped ornaments served as vital symbols of prestige, spiritual power, and solar radiance, and today they stand among the most recognized icons of Colombia's pre-Columbian metallurgical heritage.
