This is an Ashtamangala pendant, also known as the Eight Auspicious Symbols medallion in Tibetan and Buddhist traditions.
The design features eight sacred emblems arranged around a central jewel, including the endless knot, the lotus flower, the treasure vase, and the dharma wheel. Historically originating in ancient Indian royal ceremonies, these symbols were traditionally offered by celestial deities to the Buddha upon his enlightenment.
